SH SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
Created to fill the gap between the TG and 82 Series, the SH Series is an air shift only power take-off designed for high torque applications. The SH Series is an easy to mount PTO with an integral air shift design and high torque capacity.

TG SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
As the most versatile and widely used double gear type power take-off in the industry, the TG Series is available with 10-speed ratios, 19 shift types, 19 output shaft options and input gears for all popular transmissions.

6-8 Bolt Clutch Shift
CS6/CS8 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
Designed to work on Allison 1000 and 2000 series automatics and many other current manual transmissions, the CS6/8 Series PTOs offer direct mount pump options and a drag brake. Upgrading to a multi-disk clutch brake allows for absolute shaft stoppage.

FA6B SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
With its angular housing design, the FA6B Series PTO moves the clutch shifted output below chassis obstructions for either drive shaft applications or direct mount pumps for Allison and Aisin 6-bolt transmissions. Direct pump mounts for SAE “A” flanges with 7/8”-13T or ¾”-11 shafts are available.

FR/FA SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
The FR and FA Series power take-offs were designed in cooperation with Ford Motor Company’s engineers to fit the 5R110 “TorqShift®” and 4R100 automatic transmissions.

Muncie’s updated FR66 power take-off gives you the versatility of mounting larger hydraulic pumps to handle a variety of heavy duty jobs. Our PTO utilizes a one-piece housing design with forced lubrication for increased durability and simplified installation. The FR66 incorporates integral mobile or stationary functions and a higher torque capacity of 200 lbs.ft.

10 Bolt
CD05 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
A constant drive power take-off, the CD05 Series PTO is designed to fit tight mount applications. Without loss of torque or horsepower, the CD05 uses the same components as the CD10 but is approximately 15 percent smaller.

CD10 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
Designed as a functional alternative to front, crankshaft drove hydraulic pump applications, the CD10 Series PTO boasts an ample capacity for heavy-duty applications without obstructing service areas of the truck engine and cooling system.

CD40 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
The CD40 Series PTO is designed for maximum output torque for live engine driven equipment using Allison World or Caterpillar automatic transmissions. Built with the same gear and housing designs as the CS41, the CD40 Series is used when maximum power is necessary and PTO disengagement is not required.

CS10/CS11 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
Constructed with large gears, the CS10 Series PTO is built for heavy-duty applications. The CS10 features a drag brake and an output shaft designed around popular hydraulic pumps. For a more compact installation, the CS11 is a remotely mounted solenoid option.

CS24/CS25 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
Designed with the same technology as the CS10 Series, the CS24 Series PTO is 20 percent smaller. CS PTOs are engaged by means of a direct mounted solenoid, which activates an internal wet clutch pack. With this feature, installation is made simple with a single hose connection.

CS40/CS41 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
When you need the max power from an Allison 3000 or 4000 and Caterpillar CX transmission, the CS40/41 Series power take-off delivers. Constructed with the widest gears possible, the CS40/41 is built for maximum strength, noise reduction, durability and the highest output torque rating available.

EX DRIVE SHAFT EXTENSION
The EX Drive is designed to fit on Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions with retarder or cooler, and allows for large gear or piston pumps to be direct mounted, eliminating the need for timely driveline installations.

HS24 SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
A solution for limited clearance applications, the HS24 Series PTO features a sculptured housing designed to clear mounting obstructions and a direct mount solenoid for a clean and simple installation.

MC1 SERIES POWER TAKE OFF

PTO SHAFT EXTENSIONS
Muncie’s PTO shaft extensions for the Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmission provide easier hydraulic pump installation by moving the hydraulic pump mount to the rear of the transmission. Shaft Extensions are available for most Allison 3000 & 4000 Series transmission applications and popular pump mounts.

RL SERIES POWER TAKE-OFF
The RL Series PTO offers one speed forward and one-speed reverse. Designed to be used on winch applications only, the RL is available in both 6-bolt and 8-bolt units with standard lever shift, and optional air-shift provisions available. The RL is also available with an extra low output ratio gearbox.
