Galvannealed what is it & why it should be used?Cranes
You need to know what kind of body the crane is being installed on, how much weight you will be lifting, and how far the arm will need to reach. The make, model, and year of your vehicle is also helpful in addition to the vehicle’s Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR).

A dirt type dump body is pre-assembled and strong enough to handle large amounts of dirt and such fills. A flatbed type dump body is basically a flatbed with a rear, sides, and a conversion hoist installed. It is not strong enough for dirt, but more than sturdy enough to handle things like branches etc…
You need to know what you will be dumping, the make, model, and year of your vehicle, your vehicle’s cab to axle measurement, and how many tons you will be lifting. You also need to know whether you want a manual, semi-electric, or electric tarp system.
Frame mounted under-body toolboxes would be a good place to start. Receiver hitches, electric brake control, and back-up alarms are popular, too.

All of our flatbeds come standard with: a headboard with punched window, 11 gauge galvanized smooth steel floor, structural channel cross-members on 12″ centers, stake pockets, 6″ channel long sills, lights, mudflats, and an ICC bumper. All the flatbeds are painted black.
A wide array of options are available for flatbeds. Popular options include smooth and diamond plate aluminum in lieu of steel, under-body toolboxes, hitches, sides, rear barn doors, and tapered corners. Many more are available.
You need to know the year, make, and model of your vehicle along with the cab to axle measurement. You also need to know whether your vehicle has single or dual rear wheels.

We offer conventional liftgates, stowaway gates, and tailgates. Stowaway gates are stored underneath the body when the vehicle is in transit. Tailgates are used for very large capacities, up to 3,000lbs.
You need to know what type of liftgate you want, what you want the maximum capacity to be, and how big the lift platform needs to be. You also need to know what type of body it is being installed onto is the bed height and the rear opening width.
It depends on whether the liftgate is in our inventory. The standard turn around time is 1-3 days from the time we have the chassis and liftgate. The lead time can change depending on any number of various factors. For accurate lead times please call us at 727-943-8911.

You need to know the make, model, and year of your vehicle. You also need to know whether it has single or dual rear wheels and what the cab to axle measurement is.
All service bodies come standard painted white. Other colors are available with an upcharge. Popular options include the latch-matic system (remote controlled compartment locking), top opening compartments, hitches, and liftgates. Many more are available.

Galvannealed is the result of the combined process of galvanizing and annealing the steel. The galvanization is made through the hot-dipping process and gives a very fine grayish matte finish. Galvanneal does not flake off it’s galvanized coating when formed, stamped, and bent. The very fine matte finish acts like a primer and easily adheres to paint and it is very rust proof. Galvanneal sheets offer good paintability, weldability, corrosion resistance, and formability. It is extensively used in the automobile, signage, electric equipment, and other industries requiring good paintability and long reliable service life.
